Are you trying to print but are running into trouble? Here are some things you can try before reaching out to the Support Center.
macOS - Colby-Owned Computers
Make sure you're connected to Colby Access, not Colby Guest Access

Click the Wi-Fi icon on the menu bar, and check that the active network is Colby Access, not Colby Guest Access. Switch networks if necessary.
Re-add printer
First, remove the printer. The steps for this change based on the version of macOS you're using.
macOS Ventura 13
- Open the Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may have to scroll down.)
- Control-click the printer in the list on the right, choose Remove Printer..., then click Remove Printer
macOS Monterey 12 or earlier
- Open the Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.
Once the offending printer has been removed, follow the appropriate steps found here.
Kerberos Fix
- Quit all open Applications
- From the Applications Folder, double-click Self Service
- In the search field, type kerberos.
- Choose Kerberos Printer Fix - Apply (Reboot Required) from the search results, note and follow the instructions, then click the Apply button.
- When the fix is applied, restart your machine and try printing again. If you're still unable to print, try removing and re-adding the printer.
Reset Keychain
- Open Spotlight Search by clicking the magnifying glass on the menu bar, or by pressing command+Space on the keyboard. Search for Keychain Access, and open the app that displays in the results.
- Open the Keychain Access menu located at the very top left corner of your screen next to the Apple logo, and then choose Settings...
- In the Settings window that opens, click Reset Default Keychains..., and authorize with your credentials
macOS - Personal Computers
Make sure you're connected to Colby Access, not Colby Guest Access

- Press Win+I on your keyboard to open the Settings app.
- Click Devices -> Printers & Scanners.
- Find the offending printer, select it, and click Remove Device.
- Click Yes when asked to confirm removal.
Once the printer has been removed, re-add it by following the appropriate steps found here.
"Colby Access Wireless - Update Profile" fix in Software Center
- Open the Start Menu, and search for Software Center. Open the resulting app.
- Click in the Search box found at the top right of the window, and type Update Profile and press the Enter key.
- Select Colby Access Wireless - Update Profile from the search results, and then click Install
- After the item has completed, restart your machine and try printing again.
Windows - Personal Computers
Install all Windows updates
- Press Win+I on your keyboard to open the Settings app.
- Click Update & Security -> Check for Updates
- Install any available updates, and try printing again.

Kyocera V2 Fix
- Open a Windows Explorer window, and enter the following in the Address Bar found at the top of the screen, followed by the Enter key:
\\filer\Software\Windows\Printing\Windows11\
- Right-click Kyocera-v2.exe and click Copy
- Paste the file on your desktop, and run it.
- Once the installer completes, try printing again.
