To request advanced audiovisual gear, please follow the steps outlined below.
- In a browser, navigate to the Reftab login page. Enter your Colby email address and click on Login with single sign-on. Proceed through any Okta verification steps.
- You will see a list of item categories, which will vary depending on your access level. If you do not see expected items, please email acit_video@colby.com to have your permissions reviewed.

Click on the category of equipment you would like to reserve.
- Select a specific desired item. Within each specific item, you can see a reservation calendar.
- If the item is available during your desired time line, click on Add to Cart in the upper right of the page.
- Continue to add items to your cart until you have chosen all the gear necessary to complete your project.
- At the top of the page, click on the Shopping Cart icon. It may be stashed inside the Menu indicated by three lines.
- Fill out the reservation form for your items and click on Submit Reservation.
- Pickup Time — This is the date which you expect to pick it up
- Return Time — This is the date which you expect to return it
- Course Number or Professor's Name — The course or professor linked to this project
- Additional Details — Any other pertinent information to the rental. The more information, the easier it is for us to assist your project!
- You will see a confirmation on the website. An email will be sent to you once the equipment is ready to be picked up.

- To review your full reservation, click on My Items and Reservations.
- Bring your Colby ID and Phone (if possible). You will be emailed a copy of the Rental Agreement to sign when you arrive to pick up your gear.
Equipment Checkout is located in Gordon Center room 171.
Our regular semester hours are 12 - 8pm on Monday - Friday.
