Data visualization is both an art and a science. Data visualization helps users analyze and reason about data and evidence. It makes complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable.
Data visualization on campus is supported under three separate areas:
- Administrative computing offers a variety of tools for visualizing business-oriented data.
- The Academic Technology Services team offers various tools from virtual reality to a large array of teaching software.
- Research computing offers a large variety of software and services for data representation and visualization.
