Drive

With Google Drive, you can open your files from your computer’s Drive folder on the desktop or from your browser. Files you create with Google Docs open in your browser or mobile app. Other files in your Drive folder will open in their regular applications (like Adobe® Reader® for PDF® files) on your computer.

Using Shared Drives

Shared drives are shared spaces where teams can easily store, search, and access their files anywhere, from any device.

Unlike files in My Drive, files in a shared drive belong to the team instead of an individual. Even if members leave, the files stay exactly where they are so your team can continue to share information and get work done.


Classroom

Classroom helps students and teachers organize assignments, boost collaboration, and foster better communication. It makes it easy for instructors to grade and leave feedback on assignments without having to download or print out any documents.

  • An iOS app and an Android app for Classroom are now available. These apps could be particularly useful for responding to questions during a class.

Forms

Manage event registrations, create a quick opinion poll, and much more. With Google Forms, you can create and analyze surveys right in your mobile or web browser—no special software is required. You get instant results as they come in. And, you can summarize survey results at a glance with charts and graphs.
