PaperCut is a campus-wide print management solution that enables secure, trackable, and cost-effective printing for students, faculty, and staff.
PaperCut is here, this is what you need to know!
- The connections to the old printers will be going away so installing PaperCut printers should be done before that happens
- All printers will now be accessible using the PaperCut Print Deploy Client
- Identify the printer(s) that you will need. All Colby printers have an affixed sticker displaying the printer's name, which corresponds to the name you will see when searching and installing printers via the PaperCut Print Deploy Client. The naming convention follows the format of BUILDING_TYPE-OF-PRINTER_NUMBER

- Installing a PaperCut printer is only a few clicks away
- Once PaperCut printers are installed, take a few moments to remove old printer connections from your computer
