Adding a PaperCut Printer

Windows

  1. From the system tray in the lower right, locate the PaperCut print icon and single click it.
  2. Click View my printers.  If prompted, log into the PaperCut Print Deploy Client with your Colby credentials
  3. Click Add printers located on the left.  A list of available printers populates
  4. Scroll to find your desired printer or search for one using the search bar in the upper right.
  5. Click the green Install button

macOS

  1. In the upper menu bar, locate and click the green printer icon on the upper right
  2. Click View my printers.  If prompted, log into the PaperCut Print Deploy Client with your Colby credentials
