Using the Service Catalog

The Service Catalog is an organized virtual catalog that allows users to browse services, request services, or request assistance for services that are supported by Informational Technology Service (ITS)

 

1) Finding a Service

  • Click categories to navigate to the desired service

Or,

  1. Use the search field (upper right-hand corner)
  2. Open the drop-down menu to focus the search
  3. Look for the desired service  

 

2) Creating a Support Ticket

On all service pages:

  • Click the Request Service button on the right-hand side

Or,

  • Use the contact information at the bottom of every portal page
