Online Surveys and Forms

There are a few survey tool options provided by ITS.

• Google Forms allows you to create a new survey on your own or with others at the same time. Choose from a variety of survey types and analyze results in Google Forms. To access Google Forms, click here.
• GravityForms is a WordPress plugin to collect data within a Colby WordPress site.  This tool is usually used for short feedback surveys or RSVP and registration forms. GravityForms can be added to any WordPress site by those who have access to edit the website. Contact the Academic Technology Services team for training and more information.
• Qualtrics is an industry leading online survey service that provides an easy way for faculty, staff, and students to create online surveys and then analyze the results. To access the Qualtrics online survey tool, click here. To read documentation for Qualtrics, click here.
• RegFox is a simple online registration form creation tool with the option to accept payments via credit card transactions. An account is required to use RegFox. Please submit a service ticket with the ITS Support Center to have one created. You can also view the RegFox help documentation for assistance.
