Parent Accounts

Students can grant parent access to their financial and/or academic information by accessing the “Parent Permissions” link on the “Finances” tab in myColby.   Access can be granted by the student to any combination of the following:

• View the student account statement (bill).
• Talk to Student Financial Services about the student’s Colby related financial situation
• View the miscellaneous fine statement
• View the financial aid award
• View student grades
• Give permission for Advisors and other College Officials to talk to the parent about academic and student life issues.
