ITS Support Center services are available to all students, faculty, and staff. Support is given to Colby owned computer and peripherals with Colby College identification (CCID) tags. The ITS Support Center supports students with their personally owned computers. Faculty and staff personally owned computers are not supported.
Contact the ITS Support Center for computer and device support, including: troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, hardware ordering or assistance with access applications and accounts.
Colby also offers remote support that allows you to remotely share your Windows or Mac desktop with our ITS Support Center. For most issues, these tools allow us to assist you without having to make a site visit, as a result, problems are resolved faster and more efficiently.
