Directory Profile Photo

Enabling Photo in Directory

1. Log into https://okta.colby.edu/
2. Click your name in the top right corner and select Settings
3. Click the Edit Profile button
   
4. Enter your password again if prompted
5. In the Personal Information section click the Edit button
6. Find the Show photo in the directory? question and check the box for Yes
7. Click Save

Change Profile Photo

1. Log into https://workday.colby.edu/
2. At the top of the screen search for and select "Change My Photo”
3. Click Select files or drag-and-drop your new photo
4. Click Submit
