The HPC and research technology group offers a variety of different services that are focused on assisting faculty, staff and students beyond the standard IT support.
Services may include:
- Scientific software solutions
- Reviewing and implementing software tools
- Creating workflows from software interface to the HPC side
- Training and Workshops as needed
- Project Assessment for HPC resources
- CPU/GPU Usage advisory
- Data migration, exportation, and analysis
- Automating research processes
- Research data management
- Collaboration to bring research objections to fruition via computational solutions
If current research methods are proving slow to process, have disorganized data, or require special tools, our group is available to determine what workflow designs and computational resources may help optimize that process. The growth of research technology can yield larger datasets difficult to process on local computers alone. With our growing HPC system, we encourage faculty to reach out and share their projects to assess if our services would be beneficial to their research.
