Directory & Profile Pages

The College directory can be accessed from almost every Colby web page by clicking on the search icon, clicking College Directory, entering the name or title,and clicking on Search.  You can also access the directory directly from https://www.colby.edu/directory.

Please note the following functionality:

• If an alternate email is not set, the email address will not display on the directory listing regardless of privacy settings. Faculty and staff can edit their personal directory information; to do so, click this URL: https://www.colby.edu/directory_cs/Modify_profile/index.cfm.
• Photos for the directory are sourced from Workday and by default, they are not displayed.
  • To enable the display of your profile photo in the new public directory, please follow these instructions: https://www.colby.edu/its/support/online-help/okta-profile-settings/
