
Did you know you can use Zoom Phone on your smart phone? If you are a Zoom Phone user, you can download and use the Zoom mobile app to make calls right from your smart phone.
Getting Started
Downloading the Zoom Mobile App
iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
The Zoom mobile app can be installed from the Apple App Store.
Android Devices
The Zoom mobile app can be installed from the Google Play Store.
Sign into the Zoom mobile App
1. Open the Zoom app on your phone.
2. Tap on Sign in.
3. Because your Zoom account is tied with your Colby credentials, you have to sign in using an other method.
Under other sign in methods, tap Continue with SSO.

You may be asked to Enter your company domain. Enter colby and tap continue.

4. Your phone's browser window will open to Colby's login page. Enter your Colby email address and password, and tap Sign in.
5. You will be then prompted by Okta to authenticate.
Once you have chosen your method to authenticate, ensure you go back to the browser page where you signed in to finish this process.
6. Zoom will ask you to Open this page in "Zoom?". Tap Open.

7. You will then be signed into the Zoom mobile app.
Zoom Phone Tab
There will be an additional tab at the bottom of the screen for Phone. You can now use your Zoom Phone on the Zoom mobile app!

Zoom Phone Mobile FAQ
Do I need to set my personal emergency address?
Yes, you must set your personal emergency address if you plan on using the Zoom mobile app for Zoom Phone. Please refer to this knowledge base article on how to set your personal emergency address, and refer to this FAQ article on questions about the Zoom Phone emergency address.
Are Zoom phone calls separate from calls on my device?
On Android phones, Zoom Phone calls will be separate from your device's call history.
On iOS/iPadOS phones and devices, Colby has enabled the setting to hide Zoom Phone calls in the device call history. This setting only applies to devices with CallKit enabled. To learn more about this setting, refer to Zoom's knowledge base article Hiding calls in iOS device call history.
