What do we do?

Our aim at ITS Events is to provide excellent technological and production support for campus events.

How do we do that?

Our staff members will help you to plan and execute your event with our knowledge of the equipment on campus, including wired and wireless microphones, projection, web cameras, conference phones, and audio recording.

What does it cost?

Our services are free to members of the Colby campus community.

What if you need more?

If you’re interested to plan an event outside of our department’s scope, we’ll provide an experienced production manager to work with you and help you choose, and contract with, a third-party contractor.

What if you need less?

Campus members who wish to check out audio, video, photography, and computer equipment for their own use will find it at Miller Library.
