ITS maintains a new tool that allows you to receive notices, e-mail and/or SMS, in the unusual event that one of our ITS services is unavailable. For instance, if Moodle was offline, or if the wireless network on campus was experiencing a disruption, you can be notified. Additionally, if there is a service disruption, the web page will display updates so that you can stay informed.
To access this service status monitor, and to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications, visit this site:
- Open a web browser
- Go to https://www.colby.edu/its
- Click on “All Systems Operational” on the right hand side

- Here you can see the status of many of the services ITS provides
- If you want to receive notifications when a service is unavailable or degraded, click the “Subscribe To Updates” button in the top right corner
