
A Call Queue Admin is able to view analytics and reports for the Call Queue they administer. This is available within their Zoom Profile on the Zoom Web Portal. This is a guide on how to find this information within your Zoom Profile.

Getting Started
Login to your Zoom Profile
1. Navigate to the Zoom web portal via the link - https://colby.zoom.us/profile
2. In the left menu, click to expand Analytics & Reports.
3. Click on Zoom Phone.

Call Queue Analytics
1. In the Zoom Phone menu under Analytics & Reports, click on Call Queue analytics.
