Colby Apps E-mail Limits

Colby Apps powered by Google has limits when it comes to some aspects of e-mail. Below are some of the limits that are in place:

• The daily sending limit is 2000 maximum messages per day. 
• You may not exceed 3,000 external recipients (non-colby.edu addresses in To:, CC: or BCC:) in a 24-hour period.
• If you are using an e-mail client (Outlook or Entourage) you may not exceed 100 recipients per e-mail.
• The total size of all attachments in one e-mail may not exceed 25mb.
