BYOD Video Kit

This package includes a simple tripod kit for mobile devices equipped with a microphone for better audio recording.

The BYOD mobile kit will include:

  • A Tripod

  • Phone Mount

  • Microphone

  • TRRS Cable

NOTE: it is also advised to check out a TRRS to USB-C adapter, since most phones do not have a TRRS port

Setting up the Camera

Hardware Configuration

  1. Adjust the legs to the desired position

  2. Attach phone mount to tripod plate

  3. Place phone into the mount

  4. Connect the phone to the microphone

    1. Phones typically do not have a TRRS port, so be sure to have an appropriate adapter for the TRRS cable

    2. The Mic should be supported by your device, but complications may arise depending on the device you are using
