BYOD Mobile Kit

This kit is a simple tripod package for mobile devices specialized for on-the-go video through an adjustable tripod with flexible legs and equipped with a microphone for better audio recording.

The BYOD mobile kit will include:

  • A Tripod

  • Microphone

  • TRRS Cable

NOTE: it is also advised to check out a TRRS to USB-C adapter, since most phones do not have a TRRS port

Setting up the Camera

Hardware Configuration

  1. Adjust the legs to the desired position

  2. Place phone into the mount

  3. Connect the phone to the microphone

    • Phones typically do not have a TRRS port, so be sure to have an appropriate adapter for the TRRS cable

    • The Mic should be supported by your device, but complications may arise depending on the device you are using
