Microsoft Office for Students

A Guide on accessing Office for Colby Students as all Colby Students can use their Colby email to download Office

All students can create an account with Microsoft using their Colby email and download Microsoft Office 365 for free.

1. Navigate to https://www.microsoft.com/students
2. Enter your Colby email address under Enter your school email address
3. If you do not have a Microsoft 365 account you will create one using your Colby login info, if you have already done this you can simply sign in
4. This will navigate you to the Microsoft 365 homepage
5. To download the Microsoft Office suite onto your personal computer you must chose Install Office > Office 365 Apps from the top right hand corner
6. Once the file download has completed open the installation wizard
7. Follow all provided steps from the installation wizard
