The Rode Podmic kit will include:

• USB-C cable

Setting up the Microphone

Hardware Configuration

1. Using the thumbscrews adjust the stand so that the end of the microphone is 2-4 inches from your mouth for best quality

2. Plug in the microphone to your computer over USB-C

3. Then open up your audio software of choice, select “Rode Podmic” as your input and begin recording

• Alternatively, connect the microphone to a mixer or other recorder over XLR for higher sound quality

• Use the dial on the back of the mic to change the volume of the input.

• Connect headphones to the mic to hear what the mic is picking up
