Signing Into the CrashPlan App

Windows

1. Click the Start menu and type CrashPlan
2. Double-click the CrashPlan app from the list
3. At the sign-in prompt, enter your Colby standard email address (this should not be your email alias)
4. Proceed through Okta prompts
    

macOS

1. In Finder, navigate to the Applications folder
2. Double-click the CrashPlan.app
3. At the sign-in prompt, enter your Colby standard email address (this should not be your email alias)
