Removing a Printer from Windows
- Click the Start menu
- Type Printers & Scanners and press enter. A list of installed printers will appear
- Right-click the printer to be removed
- Click Remove Device or Remove from the context menu
- Click Yes to confirm the removal if prompted
Removing a Printer from macOS
- On the Mac, click the Apple Menu > System Settings
- In the sidebar, click Printers & Scanners
- Single-click the printer from the list on the right
