Configuring a secondary email address

Summary

Configuring a secondary email account will allow you to perform self-service password resets.

Go to https://okta.colby.edu
If prompted, log in using your Colby user name and password.
Click the drop-down in the top right with your first name.
Choose Settings.
Click Edit Profile.
1. NOTE: do not Change Password on this page.
If prompted, enter your password again.
To the right of Personal Information click the Edit button.
Enter your non-Colby Secondary email address.
1. NOTE: This should be a private email that can be used for account access and maintenance.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the window.
